You’ll receive a beautifully printed Spec Book, along with digital CAD files and PDFs ready to distribute to your architect, contractor, or MEP consultant. Every page is clean, legible, and designed to eliminate ambiguity—down to the lighting elevation height and door hardware placement.

Inside your Spec Book you’ll find comprehensive ID drawings, electrical layouts, millwork details, ceiling and lighting plans, annotated elevations, finish schedules, and product specs. It’s a full build-out guide engineered for seamless handoff and execution, even across large teams.

Our team remains available throughout the build phase to answer contractor questions, clarify design intent, or recommend substitutions if needed. Whether your site is dealing with delivery delays or union coordination, we stay in the loop to ensure the final result matches your vision.
