Over the years, HH Designers has always prioritized the needs of our clients. We understand that owners of multi-family buildings are in the unique position of creating functional, yet comfortable living spaces for long or short-term tenants and buyers. Our goal is to create an inviting environment for everyone who enters your building.

While it can be tempting to try to make the most of your space by squeezing as many dwellings into the design as possible, it may not be the best move for the needs of your clients — or your ROI.

We encourage our owners of multi-family buildings to allow us to create a space that maximizes square footage limitations while giving tenants open, functional living spaces that they can enjoy for years to come.

Whether you’re located in downtown Chicago, or a small town in New Jersey, creating units that adapt to a variety of occupant densities is what we do. We marry form and functionality with living spaces for any sized family.

We’re not limited by location. No matter where you are, we can create a beautiful space that’s geared toward comfort and convenience, without breaking your budget.

We excel at bringing our client’s visions to life.

How much do your design services cost for multi-families?

Multiple factors go into creating an exceptional multi-family design. Every structure and building is unique and every multi-family community we’ve designed is one-of-a-kind. Before we provide you with a quote, we’ll meet with you to discuss materials, fixtures, required resources, design preferences, and more. We ask all the right questions so that we know exactly what we need to bring your vision to life while keeping your ROI as a top priority throughout the process. Once we know we can achieve your multi-family design within your budget, we’ll prepare an itemized estimate for your consideration. Where does HH Designers work?

The studio is headquartered at 1876 Lakewood Rd, Toms River, New Jersey, and works nationwide, with international commissions including Chabad of France.

What services does HH Designers provide?

Interior design, space planning, branding, and consulting, carried from first sketch through final install. That includes FF&E specification and procurement, photoreal visualization, and site presence through installation.

How does a project start?

It starts with a conversation. Send the studio a note through the contact page or WhatsApp, and a real person replies within one business day. The first phase, Envision, defines goals, constraints, and budget before anything gets drawn.

Will I see the design before it is built?

Yes. HH Designers pairs designers with software experts so every major decision is approved from photoreal renderings before construction. What you approve is what gets installed.

Do you handle furniture and procurement?

Yes. FF&E specification, ordering, and installation are part of the engagement, so one team is accountable from drawings through the finished space.
